Who we are

What this site is for
This site presents Lampdown, a sleep app for adults with ADHD that is still in development, and lets you join the waitlist and try a demo.
What we collect and why
- Your email address — only if you join the waitlist and tick the consent box. We use it to send you news about Lampdown: the launch, early access and occasional updates. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Anonymous visit statistics — we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for anything else.
Who processes it for us
- Resend — stores the waitlist and sends emails.
- Vercel — hosts this website and provides the visit statistics.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Then we delete it from the list.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, or by writing to waitlist@lampdown.com. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to limit how we use it. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
